Terms & Conditions

 

Public Performances

All charges are payable direct to the Venue on the day of event, unless otherwise stated as a pre-purchase ticketed event.

Venues may require an advance deposit for larger party reservations.

Ticketed events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. No refund is permitted if any changes beyond the promoters

or performers control, or otherwise, are made to the previously published content of a scheduled event or performance.

 

Private Performances & Weddings

Deposit & Fees: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is payable at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

The balance is payable on the day of the performance.

All quoted fees are based upon the duration of the performance e.g. 2 x 45 minute sets or otherwise,

or the requested songs in the case of Weddings.

Cancellation: The total fee is payable if less than 3 working days notice of cancellation is supplied in writing.

 If less than 14 days notice in writing, 50% is payable, not withstanding any non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation at any time by the Artist would result in a full refund of the fee paid by the Client.

The Artist accepts no responsilbility or liability whatsoever over or beyond the refund of the fee paid.

Timings & Schedule: Performances should be scheduled by the Organisers/Client to start & finish at the pre-agreed times.

A penalty of €250 per hour will be levied for each and every hour or part hour delay in the start of the performance,

beginning 20 minutes after the pre-agreed times. This fee will be added to the balance and payable on the day of the performance.

Any non-penalty changes to timings on the day or at the start of the pre-agreed performance times

 are at the total discretion of the performer or their respresentative.

PA Equipment: Client use/hire of PA Equipment is permitted only when pre-arranged. An additional fee is payable.

Clients accept full responsibility for any damage to the equipment whilst in their use and agree to pay full replacement costs.

Any damage to any of the performers equipment caused by the Client or their guests will be replaced at the Clients expense.

 

All Clients are fully bound by and agree these terms & conditions and will be notified of such at the time of booking.
